Baltec Marine Sp. z o.o. is currently looking to add engineers to our expanding team. Company is continuing to grow and win new projects all over the world and due to our continued success we have an opening for the following positions based in office in Gdańsk, Poland.
Project Engineer – Design Engineer – Senior Design Engineer
Disciplines:
We expect to cover scope of the following disciplines and aspects:
- Piping, spools
- Hull and structural parts
- Outfitting
- Equipment’s foundations
- 3D scanning
Main job responsibilities:
- 3D modelling
- Drawings creation
- Technical documentation preparing
- Calculations/FEM analysis
- Following class society rules and standards
- Work execution according to schedule
Requirements:
- Good skills in 3D modelling and technical drawings preparation (Autodesk Inventor, Cadmatic, AutoCad etc.)
- Good knowledge of ship construction, equipment and ship systems
- Good understanding P&ID, ship and equipment arrangement drawings
- Experience in scrubber / ballast water systems will be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication in English
